I’m Sonja.
I’m a writer and somatic intimacy coach, and I’m on a mission to revive your power in sex and relationships.
As a person who grew up with confusing and damaging messages around the value and purpose of my body and my sexuality, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the power that exists inside this vessel. I started my career in sexual assault crisis counseling, and have worked with women on these topics for 20+ years.
My work is grounded in my extensive study of somatic sex education, trauma healing, intuitive energy work, mythology, erotic expression, kink, witchcraft, mythology, narrative healing, psychology, sociology, yoga, herbal medicine, and so much more (if I’m not studying something, I’m probably dead).
Here’s what I’ve found: A woman’s body is filled with erotic power. And yet, we have such little training on how to access and use it. It’s no wonder so many are confused.
My work is about helping you find boundaries. To overcome trauma. To break narratives that have kept you small and quiet. All with the aim to see you ask for what you want and give what you truly desire.
Those who work with me learn to speak up for their needs, to stay centered in personal power when they’re in and out of relationships, and to express their sexuality on their terms in the face of all the confusion about it.
This is the path to creating the kind of relationships your grandmothers could never have asked for.
