Meditation on Receiving Yourself

To properly move into a space of receiving, we must learn to look in the right place.

The direction of the receiving gaze is inward, and this guided meditation is a practice in learning how to move there.

Holding an inward gaze is not as easy as it sounds. We live in a culture that values a firm outward gaze on goals, progress, smashing limits. It is important to see outside of yourself, but what you move toward begins with a richly cultivated inner garden.

Find a safe enough space to sit with yourself for these 12 minutes.
