Befriend your body. Rewrite the story of your life.

Hello there –
You’ve signed up to explore your erotic imagination, and I can’t wait to write your story.
How it Works
To get started you just need to fill out this simple form. In it you’ll share with me the outline of the bespoke erotica story you’d like to receive, plus a little extra so I can get to know you and what turns you on.
You’ll find the erotic imagination form here.
Give me as much information as possible so you can get a piece that speaks directly to your desires.
From there I’ll send you a note with some questions to clarify what you want, or invite you to schedule a 30-minute call in case we need to explore exactly how you want this story to go.
If you feel stuck on asking for what you want (it’s common) or want to go deeper into your exploration, email me at sonja@yourbodystory.com to book 1:1 work with me.
After we set the story line, you’ll get your piece in 4-5 weeks, sometimes sooner.
Here’s the erotic imagination form again.
I look forward to making your erotic imagination come to life.
Much love,
Sonja
In Your Words
“I am a changed person because of Sonja and so are my relationships.”
"I was surprised by how well Sonja really listened to me, and not just my words. She is present, and thus can find the deeper expression among all the rambling and 'I don’t knows.'"
"Sonja is a wise, authentic guide teaching deep and mind-blowing truths using a fun, light-hearted approach.
After each session, I feel more in touch with my intuition and filled with optimism."

How to Get Dirty
Is the dirt worse these days or is it that we know too much? When my daughter was 16 months old, I posted a picture on a private online photo album of her drinking from a hose. It was pure and innocent, a refreshing reminder of how I often cooled down on hot days as a...
How to Spot a Karen
Karen, we all know her. Or do we? The first time I heard the Karen trope -- you know, the middle-aged white woman who demands to speak with a manager -- was early in the days of the pandemic. It took me nearly a year to be called one myself. The experience let me in...
The Wisdom of Our Bodies
The wisdom in our bodies is far greater than our cleverest ideas. For instance: My knee. Just two weeks out of an intensive, grinding, depleting four-week yoga training, I stood up from sukhasana (aka, “criss-cross-applesauce”) and felt something pop in my left knee....
