Befriend your body. Rewrite the story of your life.
Dear beautiful –
From the bottom of my lover’s heart, thank you for purchasing The Heartbreak Cure 1:1 coaching.
This page (which you will also receive via email!) contains all the information you need to get started, including scheduling your first 1:1 session with me.
How the Program Works
Over the next seven weeks, you’ll receive personalized support as you walk through the steps to unbreak your heart – and realize that the heart cannot be broken. Our working format will look like this:
- We’ll do seven 1:1 sessions (via Zoom or in person if you’re local) to explore your unique heartbreak and ways to heal. Each session will include somatic practices and rituals that you can use after our calls any time your heart needs a little TLC.
- After each call, you’ll have a short writing practice that’s designed to help you rework the story of your pain into your power. Plan on completing those before our next call, but don’t worry if they’re not perfect.
- Our final call will be a ceremony crafted by me, specifically based on your journey through the program. This will be a graduation of sorts, and an acknowledgment of your journey to remember the power of love that lives within you.
Next Steps
Your next step is to schedule your first 90-minute session. Visit my Calendly page here and pick a time that works for you. If you can’t find a time that works, email me at sonja@yourbodystory.com (I always keep a few secret appointment times). In our first call, we’ll talk about the pacing of the program for you (more on that below).
A Few Logistics
I’m so honored that you trust me to guide you through the process of mending your heart. This journey is one I’ve walked myself many times, and you can trust that I value your openness and maintain a confidential space. While you will receive recordings of our time together, know that I don’t retain the recordings after I send them to you.
Your purchase is valid to begin any time in the next three months from this email. Once you begin, you have six months to complete it (though you can complete it within as short as seven weeks). I create this time container because I want to honor the progress each person needs, while also gently nudging you to see this thing through. Most people find that meeting once a week or once every other week creates a solid routine, sort of like going to the gym.
Due to the nature of this work, no refunds are possible. But rest assured that after doing this work for two decades, I’ve yet to receive a single request for a refund.
I look forward to unlocking the power of your heart.
Much love,
Sonja
In Your Words
“I am a changed person because of Sonja and so are my relationships.”
"I was surprised by how well Sonja really listened to me, and not just my words. She is present, and thus can find the deeper expression among all the rambling and 'I don’t knows.'"
"Sonja is a wise, authentic guide teaching deep and mind-blowing truths using a fun, light-hearted approach.
After each session, I feel more in touch with my intuition and filled with optimism."

Why love is your best investment right now
Let me sit you down. Let me brew you some tea. And let me spill it all over the living room floor. Chaos is reigning. Trust is dwindling. And you know it. I’m not just talking about the way that politics is ripping families apart. I’m talking about the way that we...
Three things Trump teaches us about how (not) to be an epic lover
I woke up this morning, an American living in Canada, and immediately checked my phone. The first thing I saw was a text from a friend sharing a link to election results. She’s the most anti-politics person I know, so I knew if she was sending me something about the...
How to Be Lonely
How to be lonely in a world of 8 billion people. Don’t text back. Don’t text first. Wonder why no one ever calls. Never call anyone. Be too busy with work. Have a roster. Hold out for perfect. Be open for everyone who comes along. Fuck them on the first date and...
