Befriend your body. Rewrite the story of your life.

Hello there –
You’ve signed up to explore your erotic imagination, and I can’t wait to write your story.
How it Works
To get started you just need to fill out this simple form. In it you’ll share with me the outline of the bespoke erotica story you’d like to receive, plus a little extra so I can get to know you and what turns you on.
You’ll find the erotic imagination form here.
Give me as much information as possible so you can get a piece that speaks directly to your desires.
From there I’ll send you a note with some questions to clarify what you want, or invite you to schedule a 30-minute call in case we need to explore exactly how you want this story to go.
If you feel stuck on asking for what you want (it’s common) or want to go deeper into your exploration, email me at sonja@yourbodystory.com to book 1:1 work with me.
After we set the story line, you’ll get your piece in 4-5 weeks, sometimes sooner.
Here’s the erotic imagination form again.
I look forward to making your erotic imagination come to life.
Much love,
Sonja
In Your Words
“I am a changed person because of Sonja and so are my relationships.”
"I was surprised by how well Sonja really listened to me, and not just my words. She is present, and thus can find the deeper expression among all the rambling and 'I don’t knows.'"
"Sonja is a wise, authentic guide teaching deep and mind-blowing truths using a fun, light-hearted approach.
After each session, I feel more in touch with my intuition and filled with optimism."

When Things Get Leggy
I nursed a tiny stem of a tarragon plant all winter. Somehow it hunkered down and made it, despite being pressed up against the cold window for months. I wish I could say the same for my parsley plant. The parsley needed a bath of sun for six hours a day. All I could...
In Your Lane. At Your Pace.
The notion of a finish line in healing is a trap. There is actually no end to it. Nothing grows at the same rate and nothing matures under the same conditions. Knowing that the nature of healing is endless can also be a trap. Because imagine this being the thought...
Deciding Who Lives and Who Dies
The hardest job of the gardener is when too many sprouts come up. Here is the incredible pain of the Great Mama -- deciding who lives and who dies. Even in fertile times, life is built upon a cycle of creation, preservation, and destruction (a more palatable word for...
