Revolutionary Pleasure
A free workshop to reclaim your power
Recording Available Now
A free workshop to reclaim your power.
You’re overwhelmed. Numb. Furious. Heartbroken.
The world feels like it’s falling apart, and you can’t scream loud enough to stop it.
You’ve gone to the marches. Signed the petitions. Spent hours reading about injustices and made yourself crazy trying to do the “right thing.”
Yet nothing seems to change.
The reason these old activist actions aren’t working? The change you’re looking for won’t come from the outside in.
This time, the revolution is moving from the inside out.

Welcome to the soft revolution.
There are a lot of things to feel outraged about. And you can yell in the comments all you want, but it won’t build the world you’re looking for.
Because here’s the truth: They can only take your power if you’ve forgotten where it lives.
And your power doesn’t live in your outrage.
It lives in your flesh. In your body. In your pleasure.
It’s time to come home to who tf you are. It’s time to claim your eroticism as the power you’ve been looking for.
In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll be initiated into the sensual uprising you’ve been waiting for. This isn’t about pleasure as luxury, and definitely not as performance – it’s a revolutionary act of reclaiming your body, your boundaries, and affirming your yes and no.
When this is your foundation, you’ll never abandon yourself again.
In this free workshop, you’ll:
- Learn how daily acts of self-pleasure interrupt cycles of fear, numbness, and disempowerment
- Discover how erotic embodiment restores your boundaries and self-trust
- Experience a guided (cameras off) somatic self-pleasure ritual – one that moves from sensual to playful to powerful af
- Reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten
- Leave feeling grounded, alive, and whole again
This is not about performance.
This is not about turning yourself on for someone else.
This is about you making yourself your own sensual sanctuary.

This free workshop is for you if:
- You’re feeling powerless, burnt out, or disconnected
- You want to do something to usher in a new world, but are tired of the old choices
- You’ve been betrayed by love and have lost yourself in the wreckage
- You want to reclaim your erotic energy, but don’t know where to begin
- You’re ready to feel something – truth, grief, rage, aliveness – anything but numb
You don’t need to be “healed” to join.
You don’t need to be in a relationship.
You don’t even need to feel sexy.
Just bring your body and your willingness to listen. I’ll take care of the rest.

The Journal
A Time Before Mama
Once upon a time I was not Mama.
I remembered this on a recent solo trip to New York City, the place I lived during the height of my maiden years. There I was, walking at a rapid pace to the subway, headphones filling my ears with the songs of my own personal soundtrack. I hurried through my old neighborhood in Brooklyn, old things now mixed with new things. And though I have now been away for more time than I was there, I suddenly felt a deep longing for the past.
A Redefinition of Self-Care, and a Prayer(ish) to Share
This morning, before anyone woke up, I did a few really important things.
First, I brushed my teeth, showered, and warmed up some tea (shatavari root, cardamom, and rose).
Then, I went downstairs to spend almost two uninterrupted hours completely to myself. I meditated with the spring equinox full moon pouring silver light onto my back. I journaled a bit, and then practiced asana as the sun filled the sky.
And then I went upstairs, when the real part of my Self-care practice began.
After my daughter wakes, my time is no longer uninterrupted. She is tossing toys around the house. Asking unanswerable questions (“Mama, but why can’t we touch the ceiling?”). Refusing a sweater, only to run around the house screaming, “I’m coooold!”
All of that is before we sit down to breakfast.
If I didn’t have the understanding that she is offering me a million opportunities to meet my higher Self, I would lose my mind every single day.
My Favorite Form of Yoga
I used to belong to a very fancy gym. I joined not only because of the fancy hot tub and steam room, but because it was where some of the best yoga teachers in Denver taught.
The classes were labeled with catchy phrases like “Power Flow” or “Kick-it” that told you very little about the ethos of the teacher. I knew enough to know that I should research the bios of the teachers before signing up — it matters greatly who teaches us.
