Befriend your body. Rewrite the story of your life.
Dear beautiful –
From the bottom of my wisdom heart, thank you for signing up for The Nest. Your membership at the Gold level starts right now, with immediate access to secret blog posts that I don’t share anywhere else and twice-monthly 1:1 wisdom guidance sessions.
Your membership begins today, and you’re already logged in. If you need to log in again, there’s a red login button at the top of each page here on Sevamama.com. You’ll also find a secondary login in the right middle of the page when you access the Journal (what I call my blog) tab. Here you’ll find monthly anchor posts, yoga tutorials, Ayurvedic (un)recipes, and other secret content.
Your membership also gives you access to Awake in The Nest, a virtual gathering where we’ll dive deep into a monthly theme. Through wisdom talks, embodiment exercises, journaling, and more you’ll explore your relationship with that month’s topic and learn how to walk in alignment with what you really want. We gather on the third Wednesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. PT. You’ll receive a reminder and a Zoom link a week before we gather.
How to Schedule Your 1:1 Wisdom Guidance
Go ahead and set up your first appointment on my Calendly page here. Unless you tell me otherwise, I’ll send you a separate invite to make that our standing time. If you can’t find a time that works for you on Calendly, email me and we will be able to find another option (I always have secret appointments).
Join me in my private Zoom room (https://zoom.us/j/5069119165). Or, if you prefer to meet by phone, just email me for instructions. I’ll send you the audio recording of our sessions within 48 hours so you can listen and reabsorb all that happened.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you have a conflict with an appointment time, email me as soon as possible to reschedule. I understand life can be unpredictable, so my policy allows you to reschedule up to two times per year (for illness, family emergency, etc.) with less than 24 hours notice. After the two same-day cancelations have been used, you will forfeit the session and will wait until our next scheduled time. I appreciate your understanding of this policy.
The value of this work deepens with consistency. Most people receive the greatest benefit from a minimum six-month commitment, though many clients have been working with me for years to manage the ups and downs of life. If you decide to cancel or change your membership, send me an email five business days before your monthly billing will be renewed and I’ll make the change. Due to the nature of this work, no refunds on unused sessions are available.
I look forward to seeing you in the treetops (and on Zoom!).
Much love,
Sonja
In Your Words
“I am a changed person because of Sonja and so are my relationships.”
"I was surprised by how well Sonja really listened to me, and not just my words. She is present, and thus can find the deeper expression among all the rambling and 'I don’t knows.'"
"Sonja is a wise, authentic guide teaching deep and mind-blowing truths using a fun, light-hearted approach.
After each session, I feel more in touch with my intuition and filled with optimism."

The Way Our Brains Work
I am not a brain surgeon, but I am a student and teacher of Ayurveda. I am not the person to call when you have a tumor, but I am quite useful when you want to understand why you take less or more time to respond to a question (we can also talk about what your accuracy rate means).
To Leonie: A Love Letter on Your Fifth Birthday
You first came to me on a beam of moonlight that streamed through June’s open window. It was a time of mad love in my home, when your papa and I were dripping with so much of the stuff that we could think of nothing else but to create.
Pushpaputa Mudra: An Offering
Mudras are among the most subtle of the yoga practices. But subtle practices have the greatest effects. This one is simple, but powerful.
Pushpaputa is the mudra of offering flowers. Flowers offer their beauty to us because that is what they do. We offer flowers to the Great Mama in the same expression. With no expectation of receiving something in particular or even receiving at all, the offering is the gift.
“On this path effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure.”
