Befriend your body. Rewrite the story of your life.

Dear beautiful –
From the bottom of my lover’s heart, thank you for purchasing The Heartbreak Cure.
This page contains all the information you need to get started, including scheduling your first 1:1 session with me.
How the Program Works
Over the next 90 days, you’ll receive emails that connect you to each module in the course. The modules will build on each other, so be sure to complete the previous week’s before moving on.
In addition to the content on the course portal, you’ll also get personalized support from me as you ignite your personal (r)evolution in love.
- Our first call together will be an Oracle of Love intuitive healing (go ahead and schedule that now here). This session will be a deep, intuitive dive into the energetic imprint of love and sex in your life. Bring your questions, or simply your curiosity.
- Our second and third calls will be coaching calls, with prompts to schedule when you receive the third and sixth modules. These calls are designed to help you move past stuck points, address questions, and work through any of the practices with me. Jot down questions as you work through the course material.
- If you have questions at any point in the program, you have access to me via text message (reach out via Telegram at +1 718-637-4827). Texts are great for celebrating your wins, asking quick clarifying questions, and offering short check-ins. As text is not the best way to address complex questions, please keep the big stuff for our 1:1 calls.
Next Steps + Final Words
Your next step is to schedule your first session, the Oracle of Love intuitive healing.
You may start module 1 at any time – you don’t need to wait for our first call to begin.
Due to the nature of this work, no refunds are possible. Rest assured, after guiding people to embrace their inner lover for two decades, I’ve yet to receive a single request for a refund. In fact, many of my clients have continued to work with me for years.
I’m so honored to guide you through the process of expanding and honoring your heart. I look forward to seeing you unlock your power and rewrite your book of love.
Much love,
Sonja
In Your Words
“I am a changed person because of Sonja and so are my relationships.”
"I was surprised by how well Sonja really listened to me, and not just my words. She is present, and thus can find the deeper expression among all the rambling and 'I don’t knows.'"
"Sonja is a wise, authentic guide teaching deep and mind-blowing truths using a fun, light-hearted approach.
After each session, I feel more in touch with my intuition and filled with optimism."
The Journal
Labor Pains
I don’t classify the birth of my daughter as traumatic, but some people have done it for me. I remember when she was about seven weeks old and an acquaintance of mine, then childless, pulled me aside. She had heard that I had to transfer my planned home birth to the hospital. She gave me a look of pity. How traumatic that must have been, she said.
Journaling: A Sacred Ritual for Self-Care
I just finished a Facebook Live video on the power of ritual journaling for the Simple Ayurveda Facebook group, led by the beautiful Angela Perger. I was so inspired by what I got to talk about there that I wanted to share it again here. (Join the group and you can see the full video.)
Angela’s topic for the month is the power of ritual. I adore ritual. It marks every part of my day. Ritual is what makes my dinacharya, or daily routine, holy. When my routines are ritualized, I approach them with devotion. I make them a celebration of my aliveness.
Examining Your Gooey Insides
I have found that while all births are unique, they all share this in common: They aren’t what was expected.
And it’s not only in birth, all forms of passage (i.e., the events that fundamentally shape us as humans) have this in common. Because if we knew exactly the course we were going to take, we would never have been able to accept the wisdom that we gained from the journey.
“On this path effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure.”
