Hello, I’m Sonja Semyonova. I’m a writer and somatic intimacy coach who helps women come home to their erotic power and create the relationships of their dreams.
My work is grounded in 20+ years of study and practice – from my early days as a gender studies student (before it was cool) and initial career as a sexual trauma counselor to my ongoing study of mysticism, mythology, somatic sex education, trauma recovery, and more. But more than anything, my work is born from my lived experience. I’ve sought out some of the world’s best teachers to heal many layers of sexual wounds and reclaim my voice, befriend my body, and unlock my pleasure after decades of silence. These days, I live without apology. I want to invite you to do the same.
