Befriend your body. Rewrite the story of your life.

Restaurant meals are incredible — from time to time.

But if restaurants making up the majority of your meals, you’re missing out on something beautiful — the magic of an inspired meal.

You don’t have to be the world’s best Ayurvedic cook to make delicious meals. Follow this recipe:

  1. Name your motivation for cooking at home. This can be love for a person, a desire for health, a way to exercise creativity, etc. This motivation should be for something, not against. For example, not trying to prevent cancer, but for living a long, healthy life.
  2. Ask that motivation to guide you. Use it to get rid of the doubting thoughts and to release perfectionism as you cook and eat your food.

Knowing why you want to eat well will take you further than an entire shelf of cookbooks filled with Ayurvedic recipes.
